Hello all, Today is my 25th  birthday so to help not feel like the old man i now am i spent the bulk of my day at the ROYAL ONTARIO MUSEUM where everything is FARE older than i am and their for feel young by comparison. Had a great time hanging out with my two best friends learning till it  hurt,  the dead sea scrolls were in town along with a very interesting middle east exhibit. But of cruse the highlight of any trip to the museum will always be the dino bones theirs just no topping them. though i must say the food they serve in the cafeteria they have is a close second in my heart totally delicious and fair priced  i was quite surprised (they do zing you on the drinks thou 3.50 for a green apple jones soda). After the rom it was off to the pacific mall for a very nice little sushi dinner and a touch of shopping.  also…….

MY PARENTS ORDERED ME A CINTIQ 12 XW AS MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT  o_o !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE YOU MOM&DAD T_T

now i must be off to hold my breath until it gets here some time next week.

First things first the site has had a tidy little update. Atomic Robo and Steampunk Beast have been added to the costume  section and a bunch of links have been added to the archive. Again a big thanks to Mr. G for putting in a lot of time and hard work for me.

Now dream’s  helm is done. as i didn’t have the bones of a dead god at hand i used my usual cardboard and glue and i think its turn out rather nice looking (as spooky ass masks go)

as the details in the design shifts alot form image to image i based my build heavey on this one image shown in issue 4 of sandman. The differences between reference and the finial prop are mostly to make it actually wearable and it does fit in with other images of the helm.
